Stage One
Our analysts will review your Pitch Deck and Executive Summary, providing investor-focused feedback to strengthen your positioning and story. You’ll also receive proven templates, training, and weekly pitch practice to prepare you for investor conversations.
Stage Two
You’ll be paired with a fundraising specialist to build and optimize your investor pipeline, refine your outreach strategy, and prepare for investor conversations. You’ll then pitch directly to our fund and, if selected to advance, enter our due diligence process for potential investment.
Stage Three
Pending due diligence, we’ll evaluate the appropriate deal structure, which may include a Convertible Note, SAFE, or direct equity investment. You will then be introduced to a partner syndicate for consideration of additional investment opportunities and potential funding.
